I would ignore the recent review by Diazaha. They clearly don't know how to read the website. There's a difference between a community cat spay/neuter and a personal cat spay/neuter. A personal cat requires an appointment and costs $130. A community cat costs $60 for a truly feral cat and $80 for a friendly, stray cat. On dedicated community cat days (the fourth Tuesday of each month), it costs $45 (it's still $80 if the cat is friendly). A community cat is a cat that lives outside. The eartip signifies to others that the cat has been fixed. The website clearly outlines this. Also, if you need financial assistance, try reaching out to Actor and Others for a voucher. Anyway, back to my own personal experience, I have TNR'd two cats here, and have had a good experience each time. It's first-come, first-serve so you have to get there early. It can get pretty crazy, but they're pretty organized when getting you through the door. On regular community cat spay/neuter days, they take 10 cats. I have told all my neighbors and friends about Mary Robert's. If they want a new addition to the family, this is the place to go. I love my pup and the faculty has been very supportive when I need them.

A couple weeks ago we were just here for an event but a couple years ago actually on black Friday 2024 we adopted our sweet Sadie (was karmen) she was 5 years old at the time. We love her so much. She's doing well and since then we had adopted another dog. We have adopted several dogs in the passed from several shelters but Mary S Roberts was probably top of our list to adopt from.

Very disappointed and beyond frustrated!!! I'm pretty sure they have a big red ✔️ next to my name! I'd been relinquishing kittens here for a couple years. But this last attempt turned into a damn circus and I'm paying for the tickets. There are many things I'd like to share but I'll keep it to two. After my 3rd attempt to relinquish 3 kittens that had been treated for a few issues by my vet, (over $600 worth) I was told one of the kitties showed signs of respiratory infection. (See picture of said kitty.) I surely wouldn't have taken a sick cat there so I was surprised and literally cried as I gathered up the kitties and left. They recommended a vet visit.... AGAIN! Vet visit did happen, AGAIN and vet saw NO SIGN OF ANY INFECTION!!!! I want Mary Roberts to know I will never help animals again because of the absolute dead end I hit over and over. Way to go! MSR! I couldn't post the video I wanted to, so here's a picture taken the same day as our visit. The 2nd incident ends the same but for a different reason. Asia is the female of the three. I took her today to MSR and was told she isn't social enough. She was scared!!! Understandably so! I mean she needed some time to adjust. So
